If you are looking around your home trying to decide what to do with the huge stack of Christmas cards that you received you can put them into a permanent home in your scrapbook quite easily. For each year, you are likely to receive some cards from various family and friends. This is great; it just means that each year you can create a great page for your scrapbook since you will have new materials each year.

Take the Christmas cards that you receive and after the holidays are often cut them into some smaller pieces. If the cards have any special touches to them, such as a family picture try to ensure you include that part into the piece you cut out. Then you can take all of the different pieces from the cards and arrange them carefully into a design on some very festive holiday paper.

As you can imagine, you can lay them out in any order you choose, you can label whom each piece is from, and you can even create a huge collage if you are interested in it. The ideas of putting the Christmas cards to use, and still having them so that you can always look back upon them is something that a lot of people have become quite fond of. Not only are they reducing the clutter in their home, they are creating a really special page for their scrapbook each and every year.
